BC777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and BC777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any part of BC777, you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all areas of BC777 including sports betting, live casino, bingo, fish games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and any communication between you and the platform. Continued use of BC777 after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

You must notify BC777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or if your login details have been compromised. You agree not to share your account access with any third party for any reason.

BC777 uses your account information to process deposits and withdrawals, verify identity and communicate platform updates. You are responsible for keeping your registered details — including your linked payment account details — accurate and up to date.

All transactions on BC777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BC777 supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit cards and mobile wallets. You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated funds held pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your BC777 balance shortly after the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider.
• BC777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can genuinely afford to use for entertainment purposes.

BC777 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) principles and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns. Deposits identified as suspicious may be held pending review.

Withdrawal requests at BC777 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their source.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed when you submit a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one business day, though actual receipt times depend on your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Bonus credit that has not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances are withdrawable.
• Withdrawals requested via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are generally processed faster than standard bank transfer withdrawals.

BC777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request while an investigation is ongoing. If a withdrawal is declined, the reason will be communicated and you will be given the opportunity to resolve the issue.

BC777 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cricket season specials and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. The general rules below apply to all BC777 bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The eligible games list and contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus credit and associated free plays expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus credit is removed automatically without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Abuse Prevention: BC777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or arbitrage betting is detected.

All bets placed on BC777 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before submission — including the selection, stake amount and market. BC777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or obvious pricing mistake, BC777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL match odds, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches and reduced-over games are settled according to the rules stated within each market.
• Live casino games operate under the rules of each individual game as displayed at the table. In-game decisions are final once the round is concluded.
• Bingo and fish games operate under their own in-game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
• BC777 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per day or per event for any player at its discretion.

Any bets placed using bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirements and game restrictions of the applicable promotion. Winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all conditions are satisfied.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BC777. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live casino games, bingo rooms or any other format, to gain a shared advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds using payment accounts that do not belong to you or that have been obtained through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the BC777 platform, its content or its odds data.
• Posting abusive, threatening or offensive content through any BC777 communication channel.

You may close your BC777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credit that has not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

BC777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.

• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined by the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, BC777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Players will be notified of the closure reason and given the opportunity to respond where this is appropriate and legally permissible.

BC777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors or interruptions, particularly during peak periods such as PSL match days or major T20 events.

• BC777 is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, network issues on the player's side or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• BC777 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable personal tax requirements.
• To the maximum extent permitted, BC777's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits BC777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

BC777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, game offerings or operating procedures. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
